The UK jobs market is a rapidly changing landscape, with many people losing, or fearing to lose their role within their organisation.

Following a study with people about their AI 'concerns', the loss of part, or all, of their career was the highest scoring worry. However, errors and the unregulated nature of AI also scored highly, with only 17% of people registering no concerns.
We're yet to understand the psychological effects of individuals fearing to lose their role, but we do know that having that fear, will affect performance and mental health long-term.
